Registration Fees: Fees apply to attendees age 5 and over. Register June 1 - June 30, 2019: $50 per person Register July 1 - July 31, 2019: $75 per person Register August 1 - September 5, based on availability: $100 per person (Registration costs will be billed to your Cub Cadet open account in November) Cancellation Terms If you cancel your registration for the convention (or No-Show), the following cancellation fees will be billed to your open account in November. Cancel by August 26, 2019: No Charge Cancel August 27 - September 13, 2019: $75 per person Cancel after September 13, or No-show: $200 per person Responsibility: Navis Inc. (Navis) and Cub Cadet Corp and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and organizations (Sponsor), maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, water, or surface carrier, ship-line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations as part of the meeting. Because all of these suppliers are independent contractors, Navis and Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of these suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, products or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, (3) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of Navis or Sponsor, respectively, (4) any acts of God, (5) any acts of war or (6) any acts of terrorism. When participating in any Sponsor organized event, such as product demonstrations, participant(s) agrees to comply with all safety instructions of Sponsor, including the wearing of protective clothing and footwear. The participant(s) may have the opportunity to participate in various activities such as tours, contests, excursions, and side trips that are all optional (Optional Events). Navis and Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity (Any And All Losses) arising out of participant(s) failure to comply with safety instructions during Sponsor organized events nor for “Any And All Losses” in relation to participation in “Optional Events”. Photo Release: I understand during the course of the meeting, photographs and videos may be taken of participants. I hereby irrevocably grant to Cub Cadet Corp. (Producer), its successors and assignees and those acting under its permission or authority the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and performance, whether recorded on videotape, slides, photographs, audio tapes, or other media. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or re-use the media in whole or part as Producer may elect. I further consent to being photographed or video-recorded by the Producer and acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in any produced materials. I also grant to Producer the right to broadcast, exhibit, or otherwise distribute the media in whole or in part through any method now known or later developed for any purpose the Producer may determine.
